Leandro Loriga’s book is an amazing piece of work. Precise and detailed yet understandable for the layperson.

It has described almost every aspect of my journey and the challenges that I have encountered with “coming out’ to my GP by presenting the issues but without the emotional baggage that I carried with it.

It is a must read, especially for those who need to better oneself through proper care. Not a play by play on how to but it has prepared me to express myself differently in my approach. I needed this back in 2011!

Yes. That is the quiet cruelty people rarely speak of: not being different itself, but being forbidden to live that difference. Being forced to remain silent about a knowledge that never lets go. And having to explain, defend, sometimes even hide one’s own experience – in a world that shows understanding for so many things, but often none for this.

BID – it grows in many young people in the shadow of incomprehension, isolation, and speechlessness.
